Standard Parking

Parking is $25.00 with tax for all cars and motorcycles. However, Standard Parking is FREE if you purchase a Dollywood Gold or Diamond Season Pass. Complimentary transportation is provided to the Main Entrance via trams servicing General Parking Lots A - E.

• Initial parking fee is non-refundable for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders.
• Free parking applies for visits after Gold or Diamond Season Passes are purchased.
• General Parking purchases for Dollywood Parks are transferrable, allowing guests to visit both parks in a single day.
• Re-entry allowed on same day with valid receipt
• General Parking in Parking Lot F does not include transportation as it is within a short walking distance to Dollywood.

Guest With Disabilities

Guests with mobility disabilities and/or concerns, including those traveling with personal wheelchairs, electric scooters or other mobility devices – may utilize our designated parking areas available throughout Dollywood Parks & Resorts.

• Dollywood designates spaces in Parking Lot A/B, located a short distance from the main entrance and adjacent to Tram Stop A/B.
• Dollywood’s Splash Country designates spaces adjacent to the main entrance.
• Complimentary self-parking is available at Dollywood Resorts for lodging guests.
• General Parking rates apply for all cars and motorcycles at Dollywood Parks.
• A valid disability parking permit is required.

RV Parking

Parking for RVs and oversize vehicles is $27.33. However, RV Parking is FREE if you purchase a Dollywood Gold or Diamond Season Pass.

• Initial parking fee is non-refundable for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders. Free parking applies for visits after Gold or Diamond Season Passes are purchased.

Preferred Parking

Preferred Parking is $50.00 with tax; Gold Passholders receive a $5 discount and Diamond Passholders receive a $10 discount. At the theme park, make the most of your family's visit with no tram rides, separate ticket windows to purchase tickets and Season Passes, and an exclusive entrance. 

• Preferred Parking purchases are only valid on the day you select during the checkout process.
• Preferred Parking purchases for Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country are non-transferable due to limited capacity.
• Re-entry allowed on same day based on availability and with valid receipt

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations 

For your convenience, a number of charging stations are available at various locations throughout Dollywood Parks & Resorts. Arriving Guests may ask Hosts at the property of their choosing for directions to charging stations.

• Charging stations at Dollywood are located in the Preferred Parking Lot and require purchase of a Preferred Parking space, in addition to respective kilowatt hour charges.
• Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa provides complimentary access to charging stations, requiring only the respective kilowatt hour charges.
• Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort provides complimentary access to charging stations, requiring only the respective kilowatt hour charges.

Resort Guest Parking

Complimentary self-parking is provided at Dollywood Resorts during your stay and for those enjoying select dining and shopping experiences at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa or Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. For your convenience, Valet service is also offered at Dollywood Resorts. Upon arrival, speak to a Bell or Valet Host for additional information.

• Overnight parking is complimentary for Guests staying at a Dollywood Resort.
• Transportation to Dollywood Parks is complimentary for guests staying at a Dollywood Resort, with proof of stay.
• Preferred Parking at Dollywood Theme Park is complimentary for guests staying at a Dollywood Resort, with proof of stay.
• Standard Parking at Dollywood’s Splash Country is complimentary for guests staying at a Dollywood Resort, with proof of stay.
• Dollywood Parks complimentary parking & transportation benefits for guests staying at a Dollywood Resort are only offered during respective parks operating hours.

Cabin Guest Parking

Cabin guests receive complimentary parking at all Bear Cove Cabins properties. Additionally, cabin guests receive complimentary parking for Dollywood Parks.

• Preferred Parking at Dollywood Theme Park is complimentary for guests staying at a Bear Cove Cabin, with valid length-of-stay ticket.
• Standard Parking at Dollywood’s Splash Country is complimentary for guests staying at a Bear Cove Cabin, with valid length-of-stay ticket.

Parks Pick-up, Drop-off & Rideshare

For your convenience, Dollywood Parks offer complimentary use of pick-up and drop-off locations located adjacent to the main entrances for both Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country.

• Pick-up/drop-off spaces may be used at any time during park/parks operating hours.
• Spaces should be vacated after 15 minutes, or you may be asked to leave and return later.
• Uber, Lyft, Taxi services and other forms of rideshare may also utilize this location for pick-up and drop-off of guests.

General Information 

• Overnight parking is not available at any Dollywood Park.
• Parking fees are nonrefundable, including Preferred Parking fees.
• Capacity at Dollywood Parks is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.
• Standard Parking nor Preferred Parking spaces are guaranteed for the day if a guest leaves and returns later on the same day.
• Consider your pet. Animals are not allowed entry to Dollywood Parks, with the exception of ADA Service Animals. Dogs with updated vaccinations may reserve a stay at Doggywood, located in the Main Ticket Plaza upon entry.
