- After purchase, Guests will need to check in at TimeSaver Reservation Center by 2:00 p.m. prior to tour start time to receive their tour materials and show reservations.
- Tours will begin at approximately 3:00 p.m. daily while available
- Tour highlights and offerings listed above are subject to change
- You can receive a full reservation refund if you cancel your visit by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to your arrival by calling 1-800-DOLLYWOOD. Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. the day before your arrival are not subject to a refund.
