  • Daily Stayover Service: Return to a room that feels like new every day. Each day of your stay, we’ll tidy your guest room, replace towels, restock essentials and ensure all surfaces are clean.
  • Complimentary Resort Self-Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available at both Dollywood Resorts. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee.
  • Complimentary Highspeed Wi-Fi: Guests enjoy complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi at both Dollywood Resort properties.
  • Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Resort guests with valid Dollywood admission receive one complimentary TimeSaver per day (a $60 value per person, per day), allowing five expedited entries on select rides and priority seating at participating shows. Expedited entry for Big Bear Mountain and Lightning Rod is limited to once per day. (Not valid at Mystery Mine, Dragonflier or FireChaser Express.) Show reservations are required and can be made at the TimeSaver Reservation Center. Passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium. (TimeSavers are not valid at Dollywood’s Splash Country.)
  • Complimentary TimeSaver H2O Passes: Resort guests with valid Dollywood’s Splash Country admission receive one complimentary TimeSaver H2O Pass per day (a $30 value per person, per day), allowing two expedited entries on participating attractions. Passes can be upgraded to a TimeSaver H2O or TimeSaver H2O Unlimited. Expedited entry for RiverRush requires an upgraded pass. (TimeSaver H2O Passes are not valid at Dollywood.)
  • Priority Access to Park Attractions: Resort guests can use the TimeSaver entrance for expedited access to eligible Dollywood rides, including Big Bear Mountain, during the first hour of each operating day. Show your Resort TimeSaver Wristband to participate. (Not valid at Dollywood’s Splash Country.)
  • Complimentary Trolley Service: The Exclusive Resort Trolleys drop guests off steps away from the parks, saving the $25 daily parking fee. Just present your TimeSaver card at the trolley pick-up location.
  • Complimentary Preferred Parking: Resort guests can park in Dollywood’s Preferred Parking Lot at no cost (a $50 daily value). Just show your TimeSaver Card at the parking toll booth.
  • Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more, including fragile or oversized items, can be delivered to your resort room free of charge.
