The beginning of a new season at Dollywood is one of the most exciting times of the year – Passholder Preview Day on March 8, kicking off the I Will Always Love You Music Festival, is just over two weeks away! Things are even more exciting this year because of some important system updates during the offseason. Our teams have been busy transitioning to a brand-new ticketing system, one that will make entering the park quicker and easier for all Dollywood Season Passholders. To take advantage of the new system, Passholders should be aware of a few important steps to take as you prepare for your first Dollywood visit and enjoy all that Dollywood Parks & Resorts have to offer in 2024!
How to Redeem Entitlements:
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass prior January 8, 2024.
- If you purchased online or linked your newly purchased/renewed season passes, your entitlements, like bring-a-friend free tickets, have been added to your online My Dollywood Account as “action required” entitlements. You can access your online account via your web browser.
- You will need to redeem each entitlement you wish to use in your My Dollywood Account by navigating to the “Entitlements” section and clicking on the “Upcoming” tab.
- From there, you will select the entitlements you wish to redeem by clicking the “+” icon and then selecting the “Redeem Entitlements” button.
- This will take you to a page where you will select the quantity of the entitlements you would like to redeem. Once you’ve selected the quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button and then “Continue.”
- The last step of the process is to checkout. You WILL NOT be charged to redeem your complimentary entitlements. Once you select the “Checkout” button, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pull up your tickets and you will now find your entitlements with QR codes in your My Dollywood Account.
- If you do not have a My Dollywood Account, you can pick up your entitlements at any Dollywood ticket window.
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass beginning January 8, 2024.
- If you purchased online or linked your newly purchased/renewed passes beginning January 8, 2024, your entitlements are ready to be used and are located in your online My Dollywood Account. You can access entitlements associated with your account via your web browser or the Dollywood app. You should have also received a confirmation email with a link to view your tickets as well.
- If you do not have a My Dollywood Account, you can pick up your entitlements at any Dollywood ticket window.
How to Add a Photo to a Digital Season Pass:
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass prior January 8, 2024.
- Unfortunately, uploading your own photo is not an option to guests who purchased prior to January 8, 2024. If you wish to add a photo to your digital pass, you can stop by any ticket window to take a new photo. Our team will upload it to your account and it should then show up on your digital Season Pass in the Dollywood app.
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass beginning January 8, 2024.
- If you purchased online beginning January 8, 2024, you should have been prompted to upload your own photo that will be used on your digital Season Pass in the Dollywood app. This photo will also be the one we use if you choose to have a physical pass card created.
- If you chose to not upload a photo during the purchase process, you can still do so by visiting any of the ticket windows during your next visit.
How to Update a Season Pass with a Barcode to a Season Pass with a QR Code:
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass prior January 8, 2024.
- If you purchased or renewed prior to January 8, 2024, your Season Pass photo ID card will have a barcode along the bottom (see sample image below).
- While a Season Pass with a barcode will scan with our new ticket scanning hardware, it might not scan as quickly or efficiently.
- We recommend that you stop by any Dollywood ticket window to get your new pass card printed with a QR code.
- This update will be a requirement for the 2025 season, so we recommend you update your pass card at your earliest convenience during the 2024 season.
- I purchased or renewed a 2024 Season Pass beginning January 8, 2024.
- If you purchased or renewed beginning January 8, 2024, your Season Pass photo ID card will have a QR code on the left (see sample image below).
- You will need to stop by any Dollywood ticket window to have your card printed or utilize your digital pass in the Dollywood app for entry into the park. To save time and make the most of your visit, we suggest getting your card printed at the end of the day during your visit as the line at the ticket windows will be much shorter compared to when the park opens in the morning.
And just like that, you’re ready to visit Dollywood. We can’t wait to welcome Season Passholders to the park on March 8 and the general public on Saturday, March 9!
