Great Pumpkin LumiNights presented by Covenant Health returns during the Harvest Festival to cast the festive glow of thousands of carved pumpkins around Dollywood. Known as one of the Smokies’ “can’t miss” fall attractions, this colorful pumpkin display is a spirited celebration of one of the most iconic symbols of autumn.
Hoot Owl Hollow returns this year with friendly owl displays hooting throughout Craftsmen’s Valley. Also in Craftsman’s Valley, the pumpkin guitar comes to life as it strums Dolly’s hit song, “My Tennessee Mountain Home.” At the top of Craftsman’s Valley, the smiling pumpkin spider greets guests with a friendly glow. In Wildwood Grove, visitors will find the pumpkin sunflower field, while the iconic pumpkin butterfly adds beauty as people begin their journey up to Timber Canyon. Other event favorites return, including the pumpkin frogs at Drop Line Pond, the bright-eyed pumpkin bats at Mystery Mine and more. The iconic 40 ft. tall, expertly crafted pumpkin tree returns to Market Square along with the colossal pumpkins. These vivid displays enhance the cooler autumn days and will enchant Dollywood guests with their glow during the fall nights.
Harvest Festival and Great Pumpkin LumiNights characters also return for the fall festivities. Pumpkin Master, Polly and Penny will greet and delight guests of all ages in Craftsmen’s Valley and throughout the Great Pumpkin LumiNights area, while Patches will be found in Hoot Owl Hollow. Harvey will meet and greet guests at the Market Square stage next to the Pumpkin Tree, and in Wildwood Grove, Benjamin Bear, Flit and Flutter will help visitors continue to create memories worth repeating during this beloved fall festival.
