  • No Resort Fees: Enjoy a more affordable and hassle-free family vacation at a Dollywood Resort with no hidden resort fees, ensuring clear costs, better value and extra savings for memorable experiences.
  • Complimentary Resort Self-Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available at both Dollywood Resorts. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee.
  • Complimentary Highspeed Wi-Fi: Guests enjoy complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi at both Dollywood Resort properties.

For All Resort Guests With Tickets

  • Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood admission receives one complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver per day to use during park operating hours. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day). Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. These complimentary TimeSaver Passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium during your visit. Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain is only available with TimeSaver Premium at this time. (TimeSavers are not valid at Dollywood's Splash Country).
  • Priority Access to Park Attractions: During the first hour of each operating day, Dollywood Resort guests can utilize the TimeSaver entrance for expedited access on all eligible rides, including Big Bear Mountain. Just show your Resort TimeSaver Wristband to utilize this perk. (Golden Hour participation does not affect TimeSaver usage).
  • Complimentary Door-to-Door Transportation: The Exclusive Resort Trolleys make it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! By riding the Exclusive Resort Trolley, you will save the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle. To utilize this perk, simply present your orange and white amenity card at the Exclusive Resort Trolley pick-up location.
  • Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more made throughout the day from Dollywood’s merchandise shops, as well as fragile or oversized items, will be delivered to your guest room free of charge.

On the day that you are visiting Dollywood, please stop by the ticket counter with your TimeSaver voucher to redeem yourTimeSaver wristbands. You will need to have a wristband or your TimeSaver voucher to utilize the exclusive resort trolley. While there you also can purchase any day tickets or season passes you may need!

The TimeSaver wristbands give you access through the TimeSaver entrance of any eligible ride for the first hour of the day, the golden hour! (10-11 a.m.) The ride attendant will not scan your wristband--they only need to see it. After 11 a.m., they will begin scanning the wristbands and the restrictions printed on the band will start applying. You are only allowed five entries, it does not work on Big Bear Mountain and Lightning Rod and only one use on Dragonflier and FireChaser Express.

Yes, you can upgrade you TimeSaver at the TimeSaver office at the park.

You can use TimeSavers to make reservation for some of our shows. There are three theaters marked on the map with the TimeSaver icon that qualify for reserved seating. Just step inside the TimeSaver office inside park and tell them the show you want to see and what time you want to see it.

While your TimeSaver does not work at Splash Country, you are welcome to visit between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. for Golden Hour.

If you did not receive the Golden hour wristbands in your packet at check-in, on the day that you are visiting Dollywood’s Splash Country, please stop by the ticket desk with your TimeSaver voucher to redeem for your Golden Hour wristband. This wristband gives you access to any operational TimeSaver H2O entrance for Golden Hour. As resort guests, you also have a voucher that you can redeem at Dollywood’s Splash Country to receive a discount for Timesaver H2O.

Guests visiting both parks in one day can stop by the ticket counter and pick up all they need for that day before they head out!

Guests who have a Tasting Pass voucher in their package will need to redeem that ticket at the park, outside of the Sweet Shoppe, to receive their lanyard.
